Return and Refund Policy

At Jana Group of Companies (JGC), customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns for unused, unopened skincare products within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the nature and value of our cosmetology machinery, all equipment sales are final and non-refundable.
Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and in original packaging.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
